Job Summary
Operate lift trucks and cranes to transport, store, rotate, and stage materials within the service center while reviewing product counts for accuracy. Perform daily equipment inspections, move up and down from machinery, and report any issues immediately. Work collaboratively with the team to meet goals, contribute to housekeeping procedures, and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned. This role requires minimal manufacturing or warehouse experience but prioritizes strong attention to detail, adherence to processes, and effective communication. Candidates must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in varying temperature conditions. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of lift truck/crane operation experience
- Lift truck experience handling heavy loads (10,000 pounds or more)
- Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to mount & dismount equipment
- Capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time
- Comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow processes & procedures
- Effective communication skills
