Job Summary
Material Handler for ITW’s Power System Division to receive, unload, store, and issue materials for production; operate forklifts safely; perform ERP transactions for inventory and order processing; deliver materials to production areas; manage MRD cards and update due dates; follow FIFO; process RGAs and NCNs; support shipping, receiving, and supplier communication; assist with third-party order processing (BOL, PO entries, part tracking, freight coordination); contribute to continuous improvement using MRD, Kanban, ARC, and in-line replenishment; participate in cycle counts; maintain warehouse organization and a safe work environment; use computers and handheld scanners to process inventory transactions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Forklift driver's license
- Minimum one year of material handling, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems (D365 preferred), Windows applications, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
