Material Handler

Operate forklifts and related equipment (e.g., counterbalance, turret, combi lift) to safely move, load, and unload raw materials and finished goods, following OSHA safety rules. Perform timely loading/unloading of pipe, sheet metal, and/or plastic parts, molds, and jigs per production needs; maintain product integrity through proper handling and storage; use hand jacks, pallet jacks, and SAP/barcode systems to verify inventory and paperwork. Re-palletize loads as needed, support accurate inventory reporting, ensure safe operation of motorized equipment, and assist with housekeeping and facility maintenance. Provide required documentation, demonstrate basic reading/interpretation of safety rules and paperwork, and be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed. Must have at least one year of forklift experience; preferred 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment; valid driver's license; ability to become forklift certified if required; strong math and counting skills; attention to attendance and safety; onsite Monett, MO with no remote eligibility.
