Job Summary
Conduct order picking and loading according to supervisor instructions, prioritizing tasks based on recorded schedules and scan/SAP data. Verify prepared orders, store completed stock, and ensure overseas packaging meets required standards. Monitor safety practices, maintain order cleanliness, and report shift activities via end-of-shift reports. Assist colleagues, request new storage locations to prevent order splits, and perform inventory cycle counts. Execute 5S audits and transmit location data for master data updates.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry materials in accordance with OSHA lifting guidelines
- Familiarity with power tools, including torque wrenches and basic hand tools
- Forklift license (certification or authorization) with at least 2 yrs of recent experience
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to detail, commitment to quality, and detecting anomalies
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Experience working in a high-pace, mass production or manufacturing environment
