Job Summary
Process products to meet daily production standards and goals while adhering to Goodwill-Easter Seals' mission and values. Follow store policies and procedures to execute directives timely, maintaining a high level of customer service that ensures a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Contribute to a safe environment for employees and customers by prioritizing safety protocols and demonstrating strong attention to detail. Train and develop participants in achieving their goals while cross-training new employees and coordinating multiple projects independently. Work a full-time 35-40 hour schedule with limited overnights or late closings, offering flexibility in days, nights, and weekends.

Desired Qualifications
- 0-3 years of relevant experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
