Job Summary
Material Handler (Operations) drives the hub workflow for unloading incoming donor trucks, staging for processing, sorting/grading raw donations, and loading processed goods onto outbound trailers. Responsibilities include applying quality standards to textiles, hard goods, and electronics; operating industrial equipment (pallet jacks, balers, forklifts); maintaining dock safety and weight distribution; meeting daily throughput quotas (pounds-per-hour or bins-processed); performing pre-operation inspections; assisting with centralized e-waste and recycling programs; and coordinating with the Shift Leader to ensure items reach the appropriate retail, Outlet, or salvage destinations. Requires physical activity, safety adherence, and clear communication; PPE usage and reliable transportation are needed. This role is non-supervisory and based in Oklahoma City, OK.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, baler, tipper, forklift
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Reliable transportation and communication
