Job Summary
Material Handler responsible for reviewing and monitoring supplies (stretch wrap, boxes, trays, colorant, pallets, etc.), checking all machines for color/material levels, inspecting forklifts before use, labeling and moving pallets, using pallet jacks, affixing labels to cases, maintaining/disposing of boxes, pallets, conveyors, and water tanks, and ensuring equipment is maintained with required forms. Will assist in preplanning jobs, perform color/material changes as needed, move production to hold/PRSTG areas using RF scan gun, maintain water conveyors, and participate in training of personnel. Must communicate well to build teams and be computer literate to maintain training records. Perform other duties as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- 1 to 2 years of warehouse or material handling experience preferred
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
