Job Summary
Material Handler for night shift responsible for safely driving a forklift to stage material, load/unload trucks, transfer materials within the plant and departments, and prepare finished stock for shipment. Maintains FIFO inventory, records locations, and adheres to safety procedures. Supports production flow, proper housekeeping, and continuous improvement through accurate inventory control and communication. Requires organization, time management, process improvement, safety awareness, forklift operation, and experience with inventory control/WMS (SAP is a plus). High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 1+ year forklift and 1+ year inventory control experience expected.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of sit-down forklift experience
- 1+ years of inventory control experience
- Experience with Inventory Control/Warehouse Management software (ex. SAP) is a plus
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
