Job Summary
Material Handler responsible for the efficient and accurate handling, storage, and movement of inventory within the warehouse to support production and distribution of CPG products. Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, unloading shipments, labeling and recording inventory in the warehouse management system, picking/packing/staging for production or customer orders, operating forklifts and pallet jacks safely, maintaining organized storage areas, monitoring inventory levels, assisting with cycle counts and audits, following safety protocols and SOPs, and collaborating with team members and other departments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse or material handling experience in CPG/manufacturing/distribution
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (certification preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly in a physically demanding environment
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management systems
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
