Job Summary

Review production schedules, pull raw materials, and deliver materials to designated workstations. Verify incoming materials for quantity and quality requirements; perform receiving transactions in the ERP system and properly store inventory. Maintain accurate organization and storage of raw materials and inventory. Perform routine inventory cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy initiatives. Collaborate with Inventory Control and Production teams to ensure materials are available when needed. Pick, pack, and prepare products for outbound shipments. Transport materials and finished goods between departments using hand trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment. Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment to move products and materials throughout the facility. Follow all company safety, quality, and operating procedures. Support continuous improvement efforts related to warehouse organization and inventory management.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an MRP/ERP environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory control
  • Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse material handling equipment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to accurately complete inventory and system transactions
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Must possess the visual abilities necessary to perform job duties, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Vision correction is permitted when it meets all applicable safety requirements
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, hear, and use hands for handling, feeling, and manipulating objects
  • Frequently required to reach with hands and arms, lift, lower, push, and pull materials
  • Frequently lift, move, push, and/or pull up to 20 pounds
  • Occasionally lift, move, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds

Desired Qualifications

  • Forklift certification preferred (training provided if needed)
  • Experience using UPS and FedEx shipping software
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Team-oriented with a proactive work ethic
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with inventory management systems
