Job Summary
Material Handler in Lake Elsinore, CA responsible for organizing warehouse inventory, operating heavy material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack, hand trucks, dolly), receiving shipments, conducting inventory counts, coordinating transportation on weekly shipments, loading/unloading trucks, stocking material, pulling products for orders, wrapping/strapping/sealing for shipping to customers or other regionals, reporting inventory discrepancies, and maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. Must be able to lift/move heavy products, work with forklifts and trucks, perform basic math, and communicate effectively in English; forklift driving experience or willingness to learn is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or 6 months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to lift or move heavy products
- Read and do basic math with calculator
- English communication skills
- Forklift driving or willingness to learn
- Experience in warehouse operation, pulling orders
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Attention to detail
