Job Summary
Unload shipments, record shortages or damages, and ship outbound orders while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards. Operate counterbalance, reach truck, and order picker equipment to assist in loading and unloading trucks and trailers. Pick and pack orders per specifications, prepare shipping labels, and monitor carrier loading. Process dealer parts orders through shipping systems and stage products neatly. Identify inventory variances, perform cycles and counts, and execute realignment tasks based on demand. Maintain facility cleanliness and adhere to all health and safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in shipping/receiving
- Minimum 2 years' experience of being a Forklift Operator
- Must have 2 of the 3 Forklift Certifications: Order Picker, Reach Truck, Counter Balance
- Able to safely operate material handling equipment
- Must have reliable transportation to workplace
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Must be team-oriented and customer service-focused
- Solid organization and time management skills
