Job Summary
Material Handler at MHIRJ responsible for receiving and inspecting materials, distributing parts and equipment, maintaining inventory via cycle counts and perpetual systems, reconciling documentation, and transporting materials across the facility. Responsibilities include loading/unloading shipments, verbal/written turnovers, issuing hand tools and rental equipment, and ensuring safety policies are followed. Requires 6 months to 2 years in warehouse/shipping/receiving, valid driver’s license, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced aviation-service environment, and willingness to work 12-hour shifts at the Bridgeport, WV facility (on-site). Knowledge of MS Office and SAP is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months to 2 years experience in Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving, Tool Crib
- Valid Driver’s License
- Customer service mentality
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Working knowledge of MS Office (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of SAP or similar system
