Material Handler Mfg Direct - Truss

Handle and maintain the flow of materials and products on the premises by lifting, carrying, and stacking items to optimize movement. Operate motorized and non-motorized material handling equipment under direct supervision while attending periodic safety meetings. Respond to training from foremen to increase knowledge of work processes and recommend changes to improve safety procedures. This entry-level position requires on-the-job training and the ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally. Work is performed within a production environment subject to temperature variations, hazardous chemicals, and increased noise levels.
