Job Summary
Receive POs, put away inventory, and process shipments for domestic and export orders. Operate forklifts safely to move materials and support warehouse operations while issuing parts and managing aviation inventory through stocking, tracking, and control. Prioritize parts requests based on urgency and flight schedules, then coordinate logistics across receiving, shipping, and delivery timing using AMOS systems. Fulfill requisitions from internal stores or coordinate procurement and repair requests to ensure on-time arrival, including expedited handling for AOG needs. Perform cycle counts, pull expired parts, process scrap, and maintain accurate records for analysis while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, and Global Supply teams.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen
- Valid Driver's license
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including shifts, weekends, and overtime as required
- Ability to work rotating shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
- 12-hour notice for schedule changes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in logistics (FAA part 145 aviation preferred)
- Supporting military/defense operations (preferred)
- Familiarity with inventory/supply chain systems, NSNs and/or aviation parts (preferred)
- Associate degree or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
