Job Summary
Receive, store, issue, and prepare materials while ensuring proper packaging for onshore and offshore shipping. Communicate with the Materials Coordinator to fulfill requests and accurately process receipts and dispatches in Maximo. Review daily equipment checks, manage tools, and follow hazardous materials protocols using incompatibility matrices and SDS. Safeguard warehouse equipment, maintain order and cleanliness, and provide logistic support for the maintenance department. Report discrepancies, fill OSDD forms, and adhere to all HSSE policies to maintain a zero-accident culture.
Required Qualifications
- A Technician's Diploma or Associate Degree in a related field
- Minimum two (2) years' experience in Warehouse Management preferably in the oil and gas or energy industries
- Minimum of two years experience working with SAP (MM Module)
- Must be able to read and understand written procedures, shipping documents, safety manuals, and safety warning signs
- Must be able to give and receive oral instructions and directions
- Valid Certificate of Good Character (must not be older than 6 months)
- Preference will be given to national citizens or permanent residents of Trinidad & Tobago
Desired Qualifications
- Maximo trained and competent
- Knowledge in Hazardous Material Management and spill containment
- Knowledge in Warehousing storage standards
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure
- Banksman certification
- Forklift certification (3T – 15T Forklift)
