Job Summary
Conduct manufacturing operations by handling large bags of lime and cement powder, dumping materials into mixers, and using a sprayer to add water during production. Operate a pelletizing machine to roll and form pellets until proper size is achieved, while monitoring the process to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and safe work area, follow all safety procedures, and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to appropriate personnel. Maintain regular attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts. Potential hazards include dust exposure, muscle strains, moving machinery, and slip, trip, or fall risks.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift large bags of lime and cement powder
- Must be able to dump materials into a mixer
- Must be able to operate a sprayer to add water to the material mixture
