Job Summary
Prioritize daily stores activities, including satellite receiving, vendor site pick-ups, and drop-offs. Investigate customer inquiries, cycle count discrepancies, and non-conformances while performing cycle counts to verify inventory. Locate, audit, and transfer kits for shipment, updating records in Oracle, SAP, or other systems. Regulate and prepare materials for cleanroom delivery, prevent excess accumulation, and replenish line-side bins. Operate powered industrial vehicles such as pallet jacks or forklifts, and drive a van or truck if necessary. Under direction, purge obsolete stock and rework, transfer, or scrap items. Adhere to all safety standards and protocols in a physically demanding environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to operate powered industrial vehicles including pallet jack, electric pallet jack, and/or forklift
- Ability to drive a van or truck
- Ability to operate overhead crane
- Ability to lift
- Ability to distinguish between colors
- Ability to work in an environment with noise that may be difficult for some individuals with sensitivity to noise

- Ability to investigate customer inquiries, cycle count discrepancies and non-conformances
- Ability to perform cycle count to verify and maintain inventory
- Ability to locate, audit, and transfer kits or materials as required in preparation for shipment
- Ability to receive parts and update inventory records or shortage reports
- Ability to verify vendor delivery before accepting parts and/or inventory
- Ability to monitor, update and maintain shortage reports including review of work orders
- Ability to coordinate processing of non-conformances
- Ability to regulate and prepare material for delivery to the cleanroom environment
- Ability to prevent accumulation of excess material
- Ability to replenish empty line-side bins and/or regulate material movement to the manufacturing floor
- Ability to review M.R.P. for upcoming work order, project status, and W.I.P.
- Ability to expedite receipt of materials from vendors/suppliers
- Ability to train / certify other Material Coordinators as required
- Ability to follow documented business processes
- Ability to purge stock of excess and obsolete material
- Ability to take action necessary to rework, transfer, or scrap items
- Ability to adhere to all safety standards and protocols
- Ability to participate in addressing safety concerns
