Job Summary
Unloads and stacks material using a hoist lifting device or manual pallet jack, loading parts from racks, tubs, and bins onto kit carts while following set department routes. Operates sit-down, stand-up, and high-reach lifts to load and unload materials onto pallets, skids, or lifting devices, including manual transfers from the paint line. Maintains safety checks on equipment, keeps aisles clean and orderly, and uses an electronic scanner to transact materials. Performs preventative maintenance and assists in training others as directed by management. Requires a high school diploma and ability to work rapidly under time pressure.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- 0>2 years
- The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of high school or equivalent
- Must be able to follow established methods and procedures
- Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time
- Travel Standard: <10%
