Job Summary
Supply raw materials, components, and parts to designated production and assembly areas while keeping workstations stocked with necessary materials. Move finished goods, excess materials, and unused inventory between warehouse and production zones using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklift equipment. Stack, organize, and load materials onto pallets or skids for storage or shipment, verifying deliveries against work orders, pick tickets, or documentation. Assist with inventory activities including cycle counts and physical inventory tracking. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Work a 10-hour/day schedule with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and peak production periods. Operate forklift equipment safely and lift up to 50 lbs. Support other departments during downtime or operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and understand work orders, labels, and production documentation
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and other departments
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Ability to work a 10-hour/day schedule
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment
- Ability to assist in other departments during downtime or peak production periods
- Forklift certification and/or ability to safely operate forklift equipment required
- Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the facility safely
- Must be in good physical condition
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have good hand/eye coordination
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment
Desired Qualifications
- A minimum of 1 year's manufacturing experience preferred but not required
