Material Handler Lead - WKND Shift

Lead Material Handler on weekend shift coordinating material movement into, within, and out to manufacturing; operate equipment (forklifts, CRTs); provide on-the-job training and coaching to ensure procedures meet quality requirements; promote Lean principles and Kaizen events; drive continuous improvement, problem solving, and waste reduction in a fast-paced production environment; ensure safety policies are followed and maintain high productivity through reliable attendance; capable of conducting operator training on standard work and procedures; collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues and support department goals.
