Job Summary
Provide direction to others and represent yourself as a leader while operating as manager when the lead is off floor. Complete cycle counts, validate BOMs, and manage inventory transfers using Excel-based reports and the ERP system. Inspect inbound or outbound goods, confirm paperwork matches actuals, and address discrepancies with a lead or manager. Organize shipments for unloading or transit, scan QR and barcodes, and complete basic pick transactions. Work independently while managing multiple priorities, including receiving and shipping clerk tasks. Validate accuracy in picking and bin-to-bin transfers and provide data back to the lead for inventory transactions.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to read work orders/prints
- Advanced computer skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Print reading ability
- Problem solving ability
- Knowledge of custom store fixture industry and receiving
- Ability to clearly identify product from package labels
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality
- Willingness to work flexible and overtime hours as needed
