Job Summary
Lead Material Handler in Trulieve's supply chain within a cannabis cultivation facility. Manages day-to-day operations, supports cultivation staff, coordinates SAP-based purchasing and order processing, shipments, labeling, and inventory reporting. Maintains a clean, safe work area, initiates RMAs, and communicates with site managers for material transfers while ensuring compliance with cannabis industry regulations. Requires overseeing inventory thresholds, vendor/shipping relationships, and providing customer service as needed. Must operate heavy machinery and support a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Effective time management and ability to multi-task successfully
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment
- Ability to operate heavy machinery (Forklifts, tractors, etc.)
- Must be and remain compliant with all legal or company regulations for working in the cannabis industry
Additional Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)
- Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.
- State Driver's License or ability to obtain one
- Must have availability for weekend shift(s) and on-call
