Material Handler Lead - BW2 - MT. Juliet

Lead and oversee warehouse floor employees in their daily job functions; provide support and coordination to management; generate reports and manage records (electronic and paper); communicate with customers via fax, email, paper, telephone, and in person; lead clerks, packers, material handlers and pickers to ensure operations run smoothly; perform special projects as directed by supervisor and management; requires leadership experience and knowledge of LEAN Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement and Kaizen; skills include basic Microsoft Office, data entry, and ability to perform arithmetic (add/subtract/multiply/divide). Education: High School Diploma or GED; experience: minimum one year in manufacturing or warehouse with shipping/receiving; leadership experience preferred.
