Job Summary
Process production inventory materials using industrial power tools such as table saws and chain cutters. Maintain inventory accuracy by identifying, labeling, and placing supplies in stock while recording locations. Locate and verify materials against production orders, then deliver and open supplies at work centers. Document disposition by recording units delivered and shipped, and prepare finished stock for shipment through packing, crating, and loading. Maintain material handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections and performing operator repairs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience operating industrial power tools and material-handling equipment
- Ability to organize work, manage time effectively, and meet production deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Knowledge of and commitment to safe workplace practices
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
