Job Summary
Verify incoming materials, inspect for damage, and enter data into the ERP system. Perform kitting functions by picking parts from stock, populating kit cases with appropriate quantities, and conducting visual inspections for discrepancies. Package and label components according to specifications, then route, count, and label parts for stock replenishment. Support outbound shipping by preparing materials and verifying shipment accuracy. Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements. Requires ERP proficiency, high attention to detail, and ability to lift up to 25 pounds. Two years of related experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- At least two (2) years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination
- Ability to use computers and systems, including Outlook and ERP software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret assembly and packaging instructions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfort working with high-volume small part counts and identifying small markings
- Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
- Ability to maintain professionalism and integrity while working in a fast-paced team environment
- Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at workstations
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in kitting, inventory, shipping, or receiving
- Familiarity with quality assurance practices
