Job Summary
Provide rotobin materials and consumables to assembly benches; assemble jumper wires, dual ground, cut sleeving, coil spacers; perform cutting, stripping, crimping, and assembly using required tooling; maintain clean, safe work area and follow 5S + Safety; participate in Lean Manufacturing and process improvements; ability to work overtime/flexible schedule to meet delivery; read and interpret product requirements and customer specifications; communicate effectively with teammates and supervisors; demonstrate reliability in attendance, quality, and productivity; travel for training or customer needs as required; may work at various production steps and handle small objects with manual dexterity.
