Job Summary
Locate containers or folders on shelving up to 15 feet high, remove items, and verify pull list accuracy. Place containers on streamliners, move records to disposal areas, and palletize disposable records with labeling and shrink wrapping. Transport records to assigned locations, validate manifests, and scan documents while removing fasteners and verifying image clarity. Use handheld mobile devices for data entry, box list creation, and daily project totals. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM with a pay rate of $19.41 plus $5.09 per hour in health and welfare funds. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, possess a high school diploma or GED, and pass a background check and drug screen. The role supports the National Archives and Records Administration within Miami Technical Services' warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to perform in a labor-intensive environment.

- Must be able to lift boxes up to 30 to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Must be able to climb ladders to reach shelving up to 15 feet high.
