Material Handler / Inspector - Shipping & Receiving

Job Summary
Operate forklifts, pallet movers, and overhead cranes to load/unload trucks and move components for industrial engines. Perform daily powered industrial truck inspections, enter receipts, and execute inventory transactions with high picking accuracy. Pull parts from AS/RS, consolidate picks for assembly, and prepare items for shipment via UPS, FedEx, or LTL trucking. Verify part conformance using calipers and micrometers, document defects, and conduct cycle counts. Maintain a clean work environment and identify continuous improvement opportunities. Based in Waukesha, WI, 1st shift (6:00am–2:00pm or 7:00am–3:00pm), with a high school diploma and 2+ years of warehouse experience required.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Ability to meet physical demands of handling large industrial engine components
- Ability to lift a maximum weight of 40 lbs
- Industrial fork truck operating experience
