Job Summary
Materials Handler III responsible for receiving, storing, issuing, and transacting materials and inventory. Operates multiple material handling equipment (fork trucks, reach trucks, picker trucks), performs item picking and packing for shipping, uses scanners for inventory transactions, and conducts cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accurate records. Maintains flow of materials through the supply chain and supports operations with defined procedures and system transactions. Requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and at least 3 years of related warehouse experience; proficiency in math and basic computer skills; ability to read/write English; ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds; pre-hire drug test. Work environment includes both office and manufacturing settings, with benefits available for permanent roles.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of related experience in materials handling or warehouse operations
- Proficient math skills and basic computer skills for performing inventory transactions
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Physical capability to lift/move up to 50 pounds (and up to 30 pounds as per job description)
- Ability to pass a pre-hire drug test
- Work in office and manufacturing environment
