Job Summary
Lead complex material handling activities by pulling materials, coordinating requisitions, and optimizing storage efficiency to support critical production requirements. Perform advanced ERP transactions including adjustments, transfers, and reconciliation while verifying availability and resolving shortages with urgency. Manage inventory counts, process returns for RMAs and canceled jobs, and provide operational backup across warehouse functions. Ensure accuracy through daily counts and adherence to safety protocols while driving efficiency improvements and process ownership. This onsite role in Fort Worth, Texas, requires a forklift-certified individual with four years of warehouse experience to report to the Warehouse Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Proven experience leading material handling processes
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems and inventory transactions
- Intermediate math, computer, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable
- Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to physically move around manufacturing floor
- Ability to read documents and communicate clearly with management and coworkers
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment, which may include, but is not limited to, safety shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses
