Job Summary
Lead in the absence of the supervisor and ensure SAP inventory accuracy while performing a mix of stockroom, RTS, cycle counting, WIP support, shipping, receiving inspection, and related duties. Reconcile inventory variances, report line-record accuracy to supervision, and act as a liaison between Production Control, Production Management, and the production line for inventory/shortage issues. Responsibilities include stocking material with RF scanners in SAP, pulling kits, scanning, counting material, maintaining organized stockroom and kanban levels, following ISO-based receiving procedures, validating carton counts against bills of lading, verifying PO/part numbers/quantity, performing de-trash and disposition activities, processing SAP transactions to move material, and performing receiving inspection per IPC standards. Demonstrates knowledge of ERP/SAP transactions, enables accurate material flow to the floor, and supports month-end shipping activities. Requires familiarity with domestic and international shipping procedures and the ability to operate material handling equipment, with a focus on accuracy, safety, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
- Read and understand visual aids
- Read and understand receiving and inspection documentation
- Perform SAP transactions to move material and reconcile inventory
- Follow receiving procedures and verify packing against bill of lading
- Inspect incoming material per IPC A-610 standards and maintain certification
- Count and reconcile inventory, perform cycle counts
- Operate material handling equipment as needed
- Maintain organized stockrooms and kanban systems
- Able to work shift hours and overtime as needed
- Must be able to accumulate and analyze data and report variances
- Experience with RF scanners and ERP systems
- Detail-oriented with accuracy in stock management
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based software
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
