Job Summary
Pick and pack product orders using an RF scan device while monitoring stock control systems and managing inventory accuracy. Execute fulfillment functions including manifesting and staging finished shipments per standard operating procedures in temperature-controlled areas. Comply with all safety requirements, Current Good Distribution Practices, and formal SOPs that control the order fulfillment process. Process assigned orders with minimal supervision while maintaining accuracy and meeting productivity standards. Work 12-hour shifts across two rotations in a busy warehouse environment, lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for 80% of the shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Strong reading, addition, and subtraction skills
- Ability to follow instructions without deviation
- Ability to work the required hours (expect 40hrs/week), in addition to overtime (as needed)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to walk or stand at a minimum of 80% of the shift
- Ability to bend, squat, pivot and stoop
- Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Must be able to comply with all company provided Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Must be able to operate a scanning device
