Job Summary
Cold Chain Material Handler responsible for picking/packing and manifesting/staging orders for temperature-controlled product in a 24/5 distribution center. Operates RF scanning device and follows SOPs to ensure accurate order fulfillment and proper storage across ambient, fridge, and freezer environments. Requires adherence to cGDP/cGMP and safety procedures; must be able to work varying 12-hour shifts, maintain productivity, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
- Ability to work 40 hours per week and overtime as needed
- Strong verbal and reading/comprehension skills
- Ability to follow instructions and SOPs
- Experience or preference in fast-paced warehouse/distribution environments
- Experience with RF scanning and inventory systems (beneficial)
