Job Summary
Load and unload materials, sort donated items into processing categories, assist with scanning/tracking in the system, operate baling equipment and forklifts as needed, and maintain a safe, organized warehouse. Role supports daily warehouse operations and production needs with a Monday–Friday schedule (6:00 AM–2:30 PM; Saturdays as needed); requires 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety guidelines
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and support production as needed
