Job Summary
Material Handler II responsible for shipping/receiving, material movement across receiving, storage, and shipping, maintaining inventory integrity, documentation (packing slips, bills of lading, inventory records), and using ERP/Excel for data entry and reporting. Performs forklift/pallet jack handling, cycle counts, labeling, storage, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience in warehouse operations (shipping/receiving, materials management, or forklift operation)
- Ability to accurately perform data entry and basic analysis using tools such as Excel
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the workday
- Proven ability to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a warehouse environment
