Job Summary
Operate material handling equipment to transport materials within the facility while performing daily inspections and resolving routine to moderately complex problems. Apply advanced troubleshooting skills to identify and fix issues, then recommend solutions to leadership. Lead portions of continuous improvement projects to enhance processes, lead times, and costs, while training new employees in established procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional partners and supervisors to complete assignments, ensuring adherence to safety guidelines and company initiatives. Requires one to two years of material handling experience and proficiency in reading work instructions.
