Job Summary
Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move, load, unload, and stack materials; pick and stack customer orders and receive vendor shipments accurately and safely; maintain precise inventory records using handheld scanners and internal systems; ensure proper stacking patterns and pallet configurations to meet quality and safety standards; keep workspaces clean and organized; uphold Food Safety and Quality policies; work overtime and weekends as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Forklift experience preferred (certification provided if needed)
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work in a cool, refrigerated environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
