Job Summary
Maintains inventory by labeling and stocking materials, locating items using pick lists, and delivering/opening materials in stock. Handles receiving and shipping processes, signs paperwork upon receipt, assists in unloading palletized goods, ensures shipments have necessary documentation, and verifies quantities against records. Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing products; inspects outgoing shipments for specifications and maintains inventory records. Utilizes pallet jacks and basic RF equipment, supports inventory control, collaborates with a team, and adapts to overtime and varied shifts to meet daily KPI targets.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- basic RF equipment knowledge
- ability to read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English
- must be able to lift 25 pounds
- flexible in scheduling
- ability to meet/exceed daily KPI metrics
