Job Summary
Inspect, receive, sort, and ship component parts and equipment while verifying shipments against receiving documents. Unload palletized goods and single carton deliveries, then prepare finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product. Count pallets and cartons to ensure completeness before inspection, verify outgoing shipments meet specifications, and maintain accurate records of inventory and documentation. Report any damages immediately and perform housekeeping activities in the warehouse. Requires basic RF equipment knowledge, ability to use pallet jacks and ladders, and stamina for long hours of standing, stooping, and bending in a warehouse environment. Must be flexible with scheduling, including potential overtime, and meet daily KPI metrics.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, do basic mathematics, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions in English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to tolerate moderate to high noise levels in a warehouse environment
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Ability to ascend and descend ladders safely
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to pay close attention to detail
- Clear knowledge of computer systems
- Ability to think creatively/spatially
- Ability to maintain stamina for long hours of standing, stooping, bending
- Ability to meet and/or exceed daily KPI metrics
- Flexibility in scheduling including overtime hours
