Job Summary
The Material Handler II is responsible for safely and efficiently filling client orders while adhering to internal quality standards and Crane SOPs. Key duties include managing the loading and unloading of materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, utilizing various material handling equipment, and ensuring a safe work environment. Candidates should possess the ability to perform basic arithmetic, read and comprehend work documents, lift up to 50 pounds, and work as part of a team. High School Diploma or GED and over one year of related experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Greater than one-year of related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Forklift certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire
- Other professional certification may be required in some areas, as assigned
Additional Requirements
- This position requires the final candidate to successfully pass an E-Verify Check
- Must maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing
