Job Summary
Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities and conditions against purchase orders, and enter receiving data into the Warehouse Management System. Transport inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks to replenish pick locations and fulfill outbound orders by picking, packing, and staging products for shipping. Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and physical inventories while supporting cross-functional warehouse operations as needed. Lift up to 40 pounds regularly and stand, walk, and bend throughout the shift in varying temperatures. Prioritize work in a fast-paced environment to meet daily productivity and throughput goals while ensuring high receiving and inventory accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of warehouse, receiving, or material handling experience
- Experience operating cherry pickers, reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment
- Previous experience in a third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counting
- Knowledge of FIFO, FEFO, and inventory rotation practices
- Experience using handheld RF scanners and barcode technology
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
- Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures
- Ability to safely operate material handling equipment
- Punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location
- Willingness to become certified for powered industrial equipment
