Job Summary
Read, sort, and process complete orders while issuing parts to production lines as needed. Operate a forklift to move and deliver parts, using power hand tools, scanners, and computers to manage various equipment. Assist with warehouse inventory maintenance, truck loading and unloading, and attaching labels to products. Notify supervisors of mechanical or defective material issues and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Work Monday through Friday from 11:00pm to 7:00am with overtime available during business season. This role supports production success by maintaining warehouse accuracy and prioritizing high-volume parts requests within a diverse team. Forklift certification and a high school diploma are required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- Forklift certification
- Ability to communicate in oral or written English
- Ability to read and understand visual and written assembly instructions on a computer screen
- Ability to be cross-trained in multiple functions within a between multiple department lines
- Work Monday-Friday: 11:00pm-7:00am
- OT as required
- Ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a diverse team
- Highly focused on safety
- Ability to handle a high volume of parts requests
- Ability to prioritize
- Ability to effectively work with others
- Ability to maintain a safe and clean work environment
