Job Summary
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and shrink wrap machines to move, stack, and count product while ensuring inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Pull and prepare product for shipment per load sheets, unload trucks, and maintain clean, organized work areas in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Keep accurate records, conduct quality checks, and troubleshoot operating difficulties to support production and inventory control.
Required Qualifications
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and at times more
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to climb off and on forklift on a regular basis
- Able to read manuals and problem solve
- Able to evaluate a situation and make a good decision
- Able to keep operating logs and records
- Good past work history
- Good attendance
- Team player
- Works with minimal amount of supervision
- Travel to other warehouse and plant may be required
