Job Summary
Manage sophisticated inventory systems by receiving, tracking, and distributing materials while maintaining precise documentation and ensuring regulatory compliance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory levels, resolve discrepancies, and implement best practices for material handling and storage. Perform cycle counting and inventory reconciliation using ERP/inventory management systems and RF scanners, adhering to FIFO methodology and GMP safety protocols. Handle materials supporting cancer research, environmental protection, and food safety initiatives while lifting 30-50 pounds regularly and working in various temperature environments.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year inventory control or warehouse experience
- Proficiency in ERP/inventory management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with RF scanners
- Experience with data entry systems
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 30-50 pounds regularly
- Ability to work in various temperature environments (-30°C to 25°C)
- Knowledge of GMP
- Knowledge of safety protocols
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to work various shifts
- Flexibility to work overtime
