Job Summary
Under direct supervision, physically stage materials, parts, and sub-assemblies for production to ensure required components are available for established workflows. Locate materials, expeditiate part shortages within the plant, and communicate all parts issues to group leaders and supervisors. Operate powered equipment such as forklifts or hydraulic jack lifts and correctly measure materials while maintaining basic inventory transaction understanding. This hourly non-exempt role offers a starting pay range of $20.00/hour with eligibility for overtime. Benefits include tuition reimbursement, medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and up to 18 paid holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Basic understanding of transaction affect on inventory
- Ability to correctly measure materials
- Basic reading, writing and numerical ability
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Ability to operate powered equipment such as forklift or hydraulic jack lift
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
