Job Summary
Fulfill work orders from inventory, deliver production materials and supplies, and stage finished product for final distribution. Maintain stock areas by identifying, labeling, and recording inventory locations while reporting shortages. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery to move items, signal operators for truck loading, and assist in shipping packings. Manage rejected materials in W.I.P., handle obsolete items, and support cycle counting. Record data and documentation into the MRP system, assist with Work Order closure, and maintain clean inventory and machinery areas. Adhere to ESAero's AS9100 QMS systems, workplace safety regulations, and ethics-based business culture policies.
Required Qualifications
- A High School diploma or equivalent
- US Citizen
- Must present proof of authorization to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- APICS training and/or certification
- Educated in ESD
- BA/BS degree
- Knowledge of operations, program management, project management, product development, and procurement
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions and formulate and execute alternative plans when the need arises
- Ability to work well with others to accomplish tasks in support of the production plan and meet shipping deadlines
- Proficiency in Excel
- Familiarity with SharePoint and ERP systems
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing organization as a planner/expeditor or material control specialist
- Familiarity with electronics manufacturing
