Job Summary
Move and stock materials and finished products to designated areas in the facility. Pick up incoming materials from the Receiving dock, unload and put away stock in the Bulk storage area, and replenish workstations with correct products. Operate a manual and/or motorized pallet jack, stack empty skids and pallets, and transfer finished goods. Use a hand scanner to resolve basic operating problems and report hazards to the manager. Work the 2nd shift Monday through Friday from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, with potential overtime on weekends, at a base rate of $16.50/hour. Forklift certification is required, and the role involves standing on concrete floors up to 8 hours daily while lifting up to 70 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Forklift operation certified
- Functional vision and hearing
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Able to operate a manual and/or motorized pallet jack
- Able to work accurately from verbal and written instructions
- Ability to use a hand scanner
