Material Handler I - 1st Shift

Material Handler I position supporting Production needs including picking work orders, inventory management, fulfilling customer requests, and material movement. Entry-level role requiring high school diploma or equivalent, with opportunities to work independently or in a team, interaction with internal/external customers, and participation in 5S standards and safety/ISO procedures. Responsibilities include signaling inventory requests, ensuring timely logistics, maintaining inventory accuracy through labeling, counting, and transactions, handling both physical and digital material movement, and potentially working overtime or alternate shifts. Required to obtain PIT or MEWP certification; strong communication, organizational, and task-completion abilities; familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook) and potential Oracle experience. Regular standing, manual handling of materials up to 40 pounds, and a manufacturing environment exposure are expected. Office is in Jacksonville, AR, with on-site work as the remote option.
