Job Summary
Material Handler role in a nonprofit warehouse setting. Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, transporting boxes and donated goods, sorting/packing/baling, operating material handling equipment (baler, forklift, pallet jack, compactors), maintaining organized work areas, documenting production numbers, and ensuring security of donated items. Requires adherence to attendance policies, strong customer service, effective communication, ability to read/write English, and the ability to work extended hours. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED (preferred)
- One year work experience in retail, warehouse or related setting (preferred)
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
